Die Coat Mixing Machine
This Machine performs with three main functions.
- Dilution
- Supply process
- Level controlling
1. Dilution Process
The dilution process begins while the Power, Water and Air sources are switched ON. The dilution ratio is controlled by the stroke length of the piston adjusted by sleeve on the metering pump. The Die coat drawn into the pump is mixed with the water driving the piston and discharged to the storage tank.
2. Level control
There are two level sensors incorporated in this system. One is in Die Coat and another one is Storage tank. The die coat level Sensor shut down mixing process and give warning alarm, in case of the level of die coat falls below the set level. The Storage tank Level sensors Stop & Start the mixing process automatically to pre set level s of the system.
3. Supply Process
The supply process is done by the Diaphragm Pump. The delivered by diaphragm pump is equal to the Air pressure supplied to the diaphragm pump. The Pump will automatically cycle on whenever the fluid pressure drops below the set pressure.
